New, large, modern, nice, cosy, comfortable chalet Belle-Vue, 2 storeys, built in 2006, on the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre of La Tzoumaz, in a quiet, sunny position, on a side street, in the green, north facing position. Private: garden, terrace (89 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna. Ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). (In winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shop, supermarket, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 100 m. Indoor swimming pool 1.2 km, tennis 2 km, chair lift 600 m, cable cabin 1.2 km, ski runs 600 m, ski school 1.2 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus.

Games room with satellite-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, satellite-TV, video, stereo unit and DVD, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Lovely view of the mountains and the valley.
