New, large, modern, nice, comfortable chalet Belle-Vue, 2 storeys, built in 2006. On the outskirts, 1500 km from the centre, in a quiet, sunny position, on a side street, north facing position. Lawn. Private: terrace (89 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer. Room cleaning 2 times per week on request (extra). Steep motor access to the house (200 m via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary. Parking (for 2 cars) by the house. Grocers 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bakers 1.5 km, railway station Riddes 13 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths 18 km. Tennis 2 km, chair lift 600 m, cable cabin 1 km, ski runs 450 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 1 km, ski-kindergarten 1 km, toboggan-run 450 m, ice rink 1 km. Please note: free of charge ski bus.

Games room with satellite-TV, flat screen TV, video, CD-player and DVD. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, north facing position. 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, north facing position. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Bath/WC, shower/WC. Lovely view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: non-smoking house. Only 1 dog accepted. TV only FR, GE, EN.
