Cosy apartment house Alea, built in 1973, in the resort, in a quiet, south-facing, elevated position, in the countryside. For shared use: lawn sunning area. In the house: restaurant. Central heating, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking by the house. Grocers, cable car 100 m, ski lift, ski school 50 m.

3-room apartment 95 m2 on 3rd floor, practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the balcony. Kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Balcony. Deck chairs (4). Very nice view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort.
