3 small apartment house Royal Golf A/B/C, in the district of la Route du Golf, on the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Crans, in a quiet, sunny position. Individual garage. Bus stop 200 m. Golf course 50 m, skisport facilities 2.8 km, cross-country ski trail 50 m. Access from the garage via an outer staircase (A: via 33 steps, B: via 42 steps, C: via 69 steps).

Large balcony 34 m2, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, box-room. Very nice view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Reserved parking, covered, garage. The 2 spaces are: No. C5 in the underground garage Royal Golf and C5 in the Long Putt garage (16 steps to the apartment). There is also a storage room available along with the parking space. Southerly balcony: Infra-red heating plus electric shutters / wind protection made of glass (can be regulated). Kitchen/bar with 4 stools.
