4-room chalet 160 m2 on 3 levels, spacious, nice furnishings: living room with open fireplace, dining table, cable-TV, flat screen TV, stereo unit, DVD and DVD collection available. Exit to the garden, south facing position. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (130 cm), cable-TV and video. Bath/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm). Parquet floors. Large balcony, south facing position, large terrace, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smoking house. Nespresso coffee machine (capsules are not provided).
