Chalet La Colline N° 11, 3 storeys, below Montana, in the district of La Colline, outside the resort, 3.5 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Lawn. Motor access to 200 m from the house. Stepped path (100 steps) to the house. Communal covered parking at 200 m. Bus stop 300 m. Skisport facilities 2.5 km.

4-room chalet 130 m2 on 3 levels, very nice furnishings: living room with open fireplace, dining table, cable-TV, radio and DVD, exit to the terrace south facing position. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave). Sep. WC. Electric heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (140 cm), hand-basin. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm). Bath/bidet/WC, shower. Upper floor (spiral staircase): open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sofa beds and dining corner. Balcony, east facing position. Balcony, west facing position. Terrace 40 m2, south facing position. Garden. Lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs, box-room. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. Only small pets accepted. Internet connection.
