3-room apartment 80 m2 on 3rd floor, comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, dining corner, cable-TV, CD-player and DVD, exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, micro wave), exit to the balcony, east facing position. Bath/bidet/WC. 3 balconies 30 m2. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: safe, modem connection, hair dryer. Reserved parking space n 10 covered. Please note: only 1 dog accepted. The canvas shade on the balcony is electric.
