Les Arolles nr 104 - Description
In Arolla, at 2,000 m you will be staying in the mountains, glaciers and eternal snow in the rugged untouched nature of Val d’Hérens. Arolla is part of the Evolène Region, the preserved part of the Valais Alps and a captivating return to originality. The residence Le Panorama is below the village, 500 m from the centre. You have a completely free view of the impressive mountain range and the apartment is in a very sunny location.
In the winter, you can enjoy splendid panoramas, great paths and challenging ski runs. A real health spa for the whole family: 100 km of ski runs, 35 km of cross-country ski runs, two natural skating rinks, ice water falls, skiing trips, heli-skiing, supervised snow walks, on so-called rackets, etc. In the “green” season, you will find here a major network of walking paths in the mid- and high mountains, mountain huts, mountaineering- and a climbing school, 100 km of extended mountain bike paths, fishing, tennis, a “Vita” track, village festivals, trade fairs, trips to the alpine meadows “combats de reines” (folklore), concerts, etc.
