2 room apartment (75sqm) in a elderly house with several apartements. Quiet and very sunny location with a beautiful view over the valley. Access from the mainstreet on a narrow but asphalted road. In Winter snow chains or 4WD are recommended.

INCLUSIVE: ectricity, heating, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen, final cleaning and visitor's tax. NOT INCLUSIVE: telephone calls. ***Pets not allowed***Simply furnished 2 room apartement on the attic floor of a house with several apartments. Living-/bedroom with dining table, tv and telephone. 2 wall cupboards. 2 single beds behind a curtain (in the living room). Bedroom with a small table, 2 single beds alongside. Small walk-in cupboard. Sunny balcony, south-east facing. Shower/WC. Small, simple kitchen with stove/oven and refrigerator with freezer. Reserved parking behind the house.
