Private: natural state grounds 500 m2, natural garden. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: sun terrace, ski storage, washing machine. Storeroom available. 300 m long narrow motor access to the grounds (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. 50 m stepped path (70 steps) to the house. Covered parking space n 4 by the house. Shop 2 km, supermarket 12 km, restaurant 500 m, bakers 3 km, railway station "Brünig" 8 km, bathing lake 12 km.
