St.Moritz-Bad: Large, nice apartment block "Skyline House", 6 storeys, renovated in 2006. In a sunny position, 50 m from the lake, south-east facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated. In the house: lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop, grocers 500 m, café, bus stop 20 m. Riding stables 550 m, sports centre 350 m, cable car 800 m, cross-country ski trail 200 m. Nearby attractions: Segantini Museum 3 km, Engadiner Museum 2 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia- Signal 2 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sankt Moritzersee. Please note: Property ref. Ch7500.470.1 is situated on the same grounds. There is a small free swimming pool in the house, open from 0700 to 2100 hrs. The sauna in the house can also be used for 2 people, approx. 1.5 hours/ 20 CHF.

"Apt. 312", 1-room apartment 41 m2 on 3rd floor, practical furnishings: entrance hall 6 m2. Living/sleeping room 21 m2 with 2 fold-away beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), TV and radio. Exit to the balcony, south-west facing position. Small, open kitchen 6 m2 (02 hotplates, oven) with dining table. Bath/WC. Small balcony. View of the valley and the resort. Reserved parking by the house. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Only small pets accepted.
