In the house: central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking. Shop 4 km, bakers 3 km, bus stop "Godin" 220 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Cross-country ski trail 1 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Corviglia 4 km, Corvatsch 10 km.

"Apt.00", 2-room apartment 68 m2, on the top floor, south-west facing position, bright, with sloping ceilings, comfortable and nice furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room with dining corner and satellite-TV (flat screen TV), radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 large double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Small kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, micro wave, electric coffee machine). Bath-room, shower, sep. WC. Heating. Large balcony 10 m2, south-west facing position. Deck chairs (2). Very nice view of the mountains, the valley, the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Garage. Please note: non-smokers only. Only small pets accepted. Radio including iPOD connection.
