Hus Signal - Description

Klosters is a famous winter sports resort and is part of the Davos/Klosters ski area. In the summer, this is an ideal starting point for many walks and excursions. Klosters is located 26 km to the east of Landquart Well known towns in the area are Chur, Laax and Flims. The holiday residence is located on the first floor of this classic Swiss chalet with 8 apartments.

The house is located on a mountain, looking out of the Klosters valley. The view is over the village, a mountain railway (Madrisa) and the Silvretta glacier.

The apartment is located on the first floor. There is a north east facing balcony with a beautiful view of the Silvretta glacier.

Apartment description:

There is a bedroom with a twin bed of 160 x 200 cm (with two single mattresses (80 cm wide)). There is a built in wardrobe and a free standing dresser.

The bathroom has a double sink, toilet and bath with shower.

In the living room there is a seating area with a 2 seater sofa, 3 armchairs, a TV and open fireplace and a dining area. In the living room there are two comfortable single fold up beds (80 x 190 cm).

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar and saloon doors. In the kitchen there is a dishwasher, 3 electric elements, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, water kettle, coffee maker, iron, dust buster, toaster and complete kitchen equipment.

In the cellar there is a communal laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and laundry lines.

At the entrance to the house there is space to leave boots and skis.

There is a parking space in the garage. The house is in a favourable location 500 metres from the centre.
