Laax Dorf: apartment house La Riva, in the centre of Laax, in a central, sunny position, 50 m from the lake. In the house: ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Communal covered parking. Shop 200 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Indoor swimming pool 350 m, mountain lift 4.5 km. Children's drag lift 350 m. Skiing Alpenarena in Flims 4.5 km, Falera 1.5 km, Laax-Murschteg 1.6 km. Centre of Flims with other shops, entertainment and lake Caumasee 4.5 km. This building is located near the lake Laaxer-See. On the ground floor: cafe (open on Friday and Saturday until 02:00 hrs), post office, sports shops, hairdresser. Bank and childrens playground nearby.
