Flims-Grosswald: Small, cosy single-family house "Holzerheim". In the district of Conn, outside the resort, 4 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the woods edge, in the countryside, on the golf course. Private: meadow. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Shop 4 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Flims Post" 4 km, bathing lake 2 km. Mountain lift 4 km, ski school 5 km, cross-country ski trail 10 m. Drive to the house (3km) via a natural/hiking path. NB: No access to the house by car from May to the end of August from 10:00 to 17:00. One can eat at the "Conn" restaurant nearby. Beautiful hiking paths from the house. Bathing at the Cauma and Cresta lakes, approx 30 minutes away by foot.

3-room chalet 60 m2 on 2 levels, south facing position, comfortable and tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV, radio, CD-player and DVD. Exit to the patio. 1 room with curtain with 1 double bed (160 cm), bath-room. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, electric coffee machine). Underfloor heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 open room with 1 double bed (160 cm), satellite-TV. Shower/WC. Large patio. Terrace furniture. Very nice view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN]). Reserved parking by the house. Please note: only 1 dog accepted.
