In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 400 m, bus stop 200 m. Golf course (9 hole) 600 m, ski lift 1 km, ski runs 1 km, ski school 1 km, cross-country ski trail 1 km.

Open kitchen (3 hotplates, oven, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 160 - 180 cm with 2 beds. Balcony, south facing position. Very nice view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (Wireless LAN [WLAN], extra). Reserved parking by the house.
