In winter snow chains necessary. Stepped path (116 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Grocers 1.2 km, restaurant 1.2 km, bus stop 1.2 km. Skisport facilities 1.2 km. Please note: car essential.

3-room chalet on 2 levels, practical furnishings: living/dining room with open fireplace and TV. Exit to the garden, to the patio. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven). Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Patio. Panoramic view of the mountains, the countryside and the resort. TV (4 swiss channels).
