For shared use: lawn 1000 m2. Motor access to the house, except in winter 100 m (in winter snow chains necessary). Grocers, restaurant 550 m, railway station Barboleusaz-Villars 550 m. Indoor swimming pool 4.5 km, tennis 1 km, tennis club 5 km, golf course 11.5 km, sports centre 5 km, cable cabin 250 m, ice rink 4.5 km.
