In the house: lift, ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking. Grocers, restaurant 150 m, railway station Villars-Bretaye 200 m, sports harbour 25 km. Indoor swimming pool 4 km, thermal baths 19 km, tennis 500 m, tennis club 5 km, golf course 11 km, sports centre 5 km, cable cabin, skisport facilities, ski runs, ski school 100 m, toboggan-run 3 km, ice rink 4 km.
