Les Frasses 1 km from Gryon: Very nice, cosy chalet Chalet Andrew, 2 storeys, built in 2007, surrounded by meadows, above Barboleuse, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 200 m from the ski-run, in the countryside, south facing position. Private, terrace. (in winter snow chains necessary). Individual garage. Shop 1 km, railway station Barboleusaz 1 km, indoor swimming pool 5 km, thermal baths 14 km, tennis 1.3 km, golf course 10 km, sports centre 5 km, cable cabin 1.5 km. Please note: car essential. Steep rise. Snow chains required in winter!

Chalet Andrew, 4-room house on 2 levels, south facing position, very comfortable, nice, tasteful and cosy furnishings: large living room with open fireplace, dining table, TV and DVD, exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, deep freezer). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/bidet/WC, bath/shower. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, dryer. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
