On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed, exit to the balcony. Bath/WC, sep. WC. 2 large balconies 27 m2, south facing position. Small patio 100 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna. Reserved parking, garage. Please note: Non smokers only.
