Top floor (steep stair): living room with 1 sofa bed (120 cm), open fireplace and stereo unit. 1 room with 2 beds. Electric heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Reserved parking. Please note: apartment for non-smokers. 100 litre boiler. Very steep stairs, no bannister and very low ceilings, not suitable for the elderly and children. Pets allowed, to be requested in advance (5 SFR/day).
