For shared use: garden, table tennis. In the house: lounge. Motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Grocers, restaurant, bus stop 200 m, railway station Unterterzen 5 km. Mountain lift 300 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same grounds.
