Small kitchen (3 hotplates, oven). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: (ladder), 1 small room with 1 double bed (160 cm). 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. Oil heating. Balcony, terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Very nice view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Garage space n 6. Please note: non-smokers only. Access to the upper floor via a steep staircase, or via the outdoor staircase.
