Outside the resort, 6 km from the centre of Montana, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden on different levels. In the house: washing machine, drying room. 30 m long uneven, steep, narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). In winter snow chains necessary, 4x4 car recommended in winter. 5 m steep footpath to the house. Parking by the house, public car park at 800 m. Restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Aminona-Montana" 800 m. Skisport facilities, rent a ski 800 m. Please note: car essential.
