Champex: Old, cosy, comfortable residence "L'Eau-Vive", 4 storeys, built in 1979. In the centre of la station, in a central, sunny position, 50 m from the lake, road to cross, south facing position. For shared use: grounds. In the house: ski storage, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). Parking (limited number of spaces) by the house. Shop, grocers 20 m, restaurant 10 m, bar 50 m, bakers 100 m, café, bus stop 50 m, pebble beach 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, ski lift 200 m, chair lift 800 m, ski school 10 m, cross-country ski trail 200 m, ice rink 100 m. Please note: no elevator. Fishing [permit required].
L'Eau-Vive is in the Swiss ski resort of Champex-Lac.

"L'eau Vive", 3-room apartment 55 m2 on 2nd floor, south facing position, partly renovated in 2012, very practical and nice furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, cable-TV, international TV channels, flat screen TV and DVD. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. Kitchenette (oven, micro wave). Bath/WC, sep. WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture, sitting area. Nice view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: iron. Please note: non-smokers only. No lift.
