Private: grounds 880 m2 (fenced), garden, lawn sunning area, barbecue. In the house: washing machine. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Shop, grocers, restaurant 500 m, ski bus stop 200 m, bus stop 400 m. Indoor swimming pool 700 m, golf course 7 km, cable car 2 km, mountain lift 500 m, ski lift 300 m, ski school 600 m, cross-country ski trail 1 km, ice rink 800 m. Minigolf 700 m. Summer toboggan 2 km. Cable park 7 km. Sledges available. REDUCTION (on request) in low season for 2-4 persons occupation and closure of 1-2 bedrooms and bath/WC.
