Spacious 3-room apartment (84 m2) on the 3rd floor of an apartment house, centrally located (near Kurpark). The apartment has a large living room with fireplace, TV, phone and dining area, kitchen with dishwasher, 1 room with 1 double bed, 1 room with 2 bunk beds, bath and WC are seperated. Large balcony. Ski room. Outdoor parking. Pets not allowed. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT.
