Cosy chalet Seeberg, built in 1973, surrounded by trees and meadows, outside the resort, 1.5 km from the centre of Lenk, in a quiet, south-facing position, on a side street, in the countryside, south-east facing position. For shared use: meadow, table tennis, patio, children's playground. In the house: ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Shop 1.8 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station Lenk 1.5 km, swimming pool 1.8 km, indoor swimming pool 1.8 km, tennis 1.7 km, golf course 25 km, riding stables 2 km, cable car, skisport facilities 800 m, ski school 1.5 km, children's ski school, cross-country ski trail 800 m, ice rink 1.7 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same residence.
