Very nice chalet Marietta, 2 storeys, surrounded by trees, in a quiet, south-facing position in the residential district. Private: large, well-kept garden with lawn and plants. (in winter snow chains necessary). Individual garage. Grocers 850 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station 1.2 km, swimming pool 1.2 km, indoor swimming pool 1.2 km, chair lift, cross-country ski trail 50 m, ice rink 1.2 km.

4-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels, south-west facing position, very comfortable and tasteful furnishings: large living/dining room with open fireplace, satellite-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds, separate WC and bath/shower, exit to the balcony. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave) with hatch. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 bed. Shower/WC. Balcony. Terrace furniture. Nice view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, cot for up to 3 year olds. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
