General

This newly renovated three-bedroom maisonette apartment is comfortably appointed and ideal for family and friends. It has two bedrooms with double beds, a third with two single bed and two bathrooms with shower. Modern kitchen, well equipped with microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine etc. Inviting living room with fireplace. SAT TV and Internet. Large balcony with stunning views of the surrounding mountain world. The apartment is within a few minutes’ walk of a bus stop and the children’s ski school on Bodmi. Private use of washing machine and tumble drier in basement. Indoor parking space for one car. Non-smoking apartment, pets allowed.

The rustically chalet is located above the railway tracks. The town centre is reachable by foot within 20 minutes (approx. 800m). On request a parking place is provided at an extra charge of CHF 30.- per week. A small path with a distance of approx. 300 meters leads from the parking place up to the house. The Chalet has no television. The Chalet can take up to 12 people. It has 5 bedrooms with two extra beds, spacious living-dining room with a fireplace (wood included), entrance with ping pong table, balcony, terrace, washing machine and tumbler, tableware also as garden furniture.
