Steep motor access to the house (in winter snow chains necessary). Parking by the house. Shopping centre 3.5 km, restaurant, ski bus stop 700 m, railway station Schwendi 800 m. Indoor swimming pool, sports centre 3.5 km, mountain lift, cable cabin 2.5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
