Very nice apartment house Chalet Fagus, built in 2002, in the district of Nirggen, south-west facing position. In the house: lift, ski storage. Motor access to the house. Communal covered parking. Shopping centre 800 m, restaurant, ski bus stop 200 m, railway station Grindelwald Dorf 900 m. Indoor swimming pool 900 m, tennis 3.5 km, golf course 2.5 km, sports centre 900 m, mountain lift 800 m, cable cabin 700 m, cross-country ski trail 900 m.

2-room apartment 63 m2 on 1st floor, south facing position, very nice furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofa bed, swedish stove, shower/WC, cable-TV and radio, exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher). Floor heating. Very nice view of the mountains. Reserved parking space n 2. Please note: apartment for non-smokers.
