Private: beautiful garden to relax. Patio, garden furniture. In the house: central heating. Motor access to the grounds. Parking by the house. Shop, grocers, supermarket 200 m, restaurant 100 m, railway station "Brienz" 200 m, bathing bay 500 m. Golf course (17 hole) 17 km, riding stables 4 km, mountain lift 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hasliberg 15 km, Axalp 12 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Am Brienzersee. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

"Tracht", 1-room apartment 45 m2 on 2nd floor, bright, practical, tasteful and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/sleeping room 30 m2 with 1 double fold-away bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), cable-TV, international TV channels, radio and CD-player. Kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, ceramic glass hob, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Bath/WC. Small balcony, south facing position. Lovely view of the lake, the mountains and the garden. Facilities: Internet (DSL/LAN). Reserved parking. Please note: non-smokers only.
