Cosy, comfortable chalet "Panoramablick", 2 storeys, built in 1958, surrounded by meadows. In the hamlet Aeschiried, 2.3 km from the centre of Aeschi, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position. Private: natural state grounds 3'000 m2 (fenced) with trees, lawn sunning area. 200 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Grocers 2.3 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant, bus stop 600 m, railway station "Spiez" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course 17 km, skisport facilities 27 km. Please note: car essential. The rooms are situated on 3 semi-levels. In the middle of a hiking area.

Panoramablick - Description
4-room house, partly renovated in 2007, rustic and tasteful furnishings: 1 small room with 1 bed. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/WC. 2nd upper floor: living/dining room with satellite-TV, radio, CD-player, DVD and tiled stove. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with hatch. Electric heating. Large terrace, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (3). Very nice panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. Facilities: washing machine. Reserved parking (2 cars). The bath/wc in the 1st upper floor has underfloor heating. In the living/dining room there is an automatic ignition tled stove. Near the large terrace there is a covered pergola with open fireplace.
