Beautiful detached villa with private swimming pool and garden within approx. 25km. from the Mediterranean Sea (Santago de la Ribero), situated on the exclusive Golf & Sports Resort of Johan Cruijff. Behind the range of hills lies the authentic student town Murcia (10km.), which is still untouched by the mass tourism. The Murcia region offers countless possibilities, with the provinces Alicante and Valencia in the north and Almeria and Granada in the west. In the nature area against the range of hills, you can horse ride, cycle, and hike and play golf on the beautiful 27 holes golf course on Mosa Trajectum. Other places of interest are diverse markets and wine tasting in the region, traditional fiesta's (Semana Santa, Moros y Christianos), theme parks (Terra Mítica) and the cities Murcia, Elche and Alicante. In the Sierra Nevada you can even ski and make a daytrip to the old Granada, which is recommended.
