Casa Arkels - Description

Large modern holiday home (125m2) built in traditional Andalucian style with a large swimmingpool and south facing sunroom. The holiday home consists of a large south facing sunroom with a sitting and dining area. The holiday home is located on a quiet mountainside and enjoys a wonderful view over the mountains and sea. The villa has a benefitial location, with easy access, being situated between Velez-Malaga and Viñuela but is also less than 20 minutes inland from the beaches of Torre del Mar. Close at hand you'll find the Aquavelis water park, golf courses, Lake Viñuela, the Sierra Tejeda nature reserve and the beautiful and well-known white villages of Axarquia. Nerja is just a 25min drive away in this seaside resort you will find the famous caves. Cities/places in the neighborhood worth a visit include: the Sierra Nevada Mountains (winter skiing), Granada, Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Gibraltar.

The accommodation benefits by having an onsite caretaker (living in annex to main house) who will greet you on your arrival with freshly baked bread and be able to advise you on the local area - if you so wish. Other than for his occational use (times by mutual agreement) the swimming pool is private to you.

The holiday home is equipped with 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms and a possibility to hire an extra twin bedroom to accomodate 2 more (on request + supplement).

There are electric fans and heaters in all rooms.
