Casa Siete - Description

This fine villa has modern furnishing and a private swimming pool. It is in the town of Arenas in the mountain spurs of the Sierra Nevada. You can enjoy delightful views of the valley, sea and mountains from the covered private terrace. You can also see the seaside resort of Torre del Mar. The holiday home is equipped with every modern convenience. Your holiday comfort is guaranteed. The nearest beach is 6 km away in Torre del Mar. The resort has a very pleasant boulevard. The area surrounding the villa is perfect for walkers. There are numerous walking paths through the hills and along small winding rivers.

The 18-hole Baviera Golf Club is 5 km away and there are more golf clubs in the vicinity.

ATTENTION: the last 3 km on the way to the house, you will drive over a sandy road with a few steeper passages. This road is easy to drive, but you should be careful, especially at night. Therefore the road is suitable for persons with enough driving experience. Stay in first gear and you will have no problems.
