This property used to be a farmhouse, now it provides high quality "agritourism" type accommodation. Its unbroken view over the valley and mountains will delight you at any time of the day. With grounds of about 3 hectares and located on a hilltop, this cottage is right by the Dolomites National Park. The 360 degree view and the colours of the surrounding countryside are enough to take your breath away. In winter, sports enthusiasts will be able to ski in the Dolomites: the resort of Nevegal (35 km of downhill slopes, 15 km of cross country skiing) is 20 minutes away by car, San Martino di Castrozza and Monte Civetta, 40 minutes. In summer you can enjoy fishing, long excursions, bike rides and exploring a new part of the landscape every day. The village of Sospirolo is an excellent starting point for a number of walks in the countryside. A climb up Mont Sperone (720 m / 1262 m), walking along the paths leading to the Valdo bivouac (1550 m) or the Casera Nusieda (968 m), diving into the waters of Mis lake, admiring Soffia falls, exploring the isolated village of Gena Alta or the famous Verdana monastery? the prospect of a full programme on a holiday in the heart of the country!
