Casoli Val di Lima 14 km from Bagni di Lucca: This apartment is located in Casoli Val di Lima, a medieval hamlet in the mountain municipality of Bagni di Lucca, 570 m above sea level. The town is built on a steep branch of rocks which extends to Balzo della Lezza, unreachable and overhanging the Lima torrents. In order to reach the town, the Lima torrents have to be crossed (via the old Ponte Maggio bridge). The road serpentines in steep bends upwards, with magnificent panoramic views of the Balzo Nero, the Memoriante mountain and to Pesi di Veco Pancellorum and Limano.
