| Who Should Attend |
| This is an introductory- to intermediate-level course suitable for anyone interested in self-assembly, nanometer to micron scale structured fluids, and soft materials. We assume no prior knowledge beyond freshman general chemistry (although attendees at this level may find the course fairly fast-paced). Attendees concerned about their chemistry background are encouraged to contact the instructor prior to the course. This course would also be appropriate for practitioners of one aspect of soft nanotechnology who were interested in broadening their knowledge, or for members of academic groups interested in finding out about industrial applications. |
