Villa delle Palme - Description
Charming and spacious villa in the Modica countryside.
The holiday home, measuring 200 m2 and across two levels, is pleasantly and comfortably furnished. It features a large private area around the property (4900 m2: made up of gardens and a terrace area) planted with different Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.
A veranda equipped with a table and stone BBQ offers opportunities for pleasant open-air dining. While a wooden shed serves as a great place for children to play in.
The house is just 7.5 km from the sea (Pozzallo) and is located in a central position for visiting the interesting south coast area of beautiful Sicily (Avola, Noto, Ragusa, Syracuse, Agrigento and La Valle dei Templi)

Ground floor: 1 kitchen diner (oven), 1 living/diningroom (TV, fire place), 1 bathroom (sink, Toilet).
On 1st floor: 2x bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (single bed, 1 pers folding bed), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, Toilet, bidet), 1 bathroom (sink, Toilet), balcony.
General: 1 verandah (wood cookstove, garden furniture), garden (fenced, private), garden furniture, BBQ, parking, swimmingpool (private, 10 x 6 m., opened from Jun upto and including Oct), high chair (on request).
