Modern, nice, rustic chalet "Chalet Anna", built in 2003, surrounded by trees and meadows. 25 km from the centre of Bormio, 28 km from the centre of Aprica, outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Grosotto, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 20 km from the ski-run, south facing position. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (fenced), lawn sunning area. Garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: ski storage, central heating, laundry. In winter snow chains necessary. Covered parking (for 2 cars). Grocers 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km. Nearby attractions: Train Bernina Express:Tirano-St Moritz 11 km, St Moritz 65 km. Please note: car essential.

5-room chalet 300 m2 on 2 levels, spacious and bright, partly with sloping ceilings, nice and stylish furnishings: open large living/dining room with open fireplace and cable-TV. Exit to the garden. Large kitchen-/living room (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer) with dining table, dining corner and wood burning stove. Shower/bidet/WC. Upper floor: (ladder), 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 fold-away bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed and TV. 1 room with 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Wooden floors, natural stone floors. Small balcony. Very nice panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the garden. Facilities: washing machine, logs (extra).
