Villa Bonomi - Description

This holiday apartment is located in a villa 700m above sea level and affords wonderful views over the valley below - views which are also visible from the swimming pool with its sliding cover.

This holiday home is furnished with great attention to detail and style. It is located on the first floor (approximately 140 m2) and boasts balconies with views over the surrounding area. The swimming pool (shared with the two other apartments in the villa) is multifunctional: in summer the cover can be removed and in winter guests will benefit from a heated swimming pool with breathtaking views (only heated in winter, cost included in the winter tariffs).

As the property is newly-built, the outside area and garden are yet to be completed. The apartment and indoor areas are, however ready to receive guests.

The holiday home is just 15 minutes from Lake Molveno and approximately 30 km from Riva del Garda (a town on Lake Garda). In winter skiing fans should head for the resorts of Andalo - Fai delle Paganella (approximately 35 minutes), Pinzolo (approximately 35 minutes) or Madonna di Campiglio (approximately 55 minutes). And those who aren’t into skiing and snow can spend a day relaxing by the swimming pool. Spa fans will love the “Terme di Comano” with thermal baths and a spa-approximately 5 minutes away.

Please note: The costs on site of the gas are €1/liter of gasoil, which is equal to the amount of €10/m3 with which will be calculated on the spot.
