Casa Lupini - Description

Spacious house situated just above the town of Acquaseria, 0.5 km from the centre of the village. The house has two floors, the ground floor containing your holiday accommodation. The owner has an apartment on the 1st floor that he uses occasionally. The house is very peacefully situated at the end of a no through road. You can bring your car to within 20 m of the house. The accommodation is very spacious (approx. 100 m²) of a simple standard but comfortable and well equipped. Owing to its mountainside position the entrance is at ground floor level with the other side of the property leading to a south facing balcony. Large, very well tended garden, south facing with views over the lake.
