Porlezza Sotto - Description

Centrally situated in Porlezza (Lugano Lake), within 500m from the lake, a simple but lovely apartment (85 m2, ground floor) in a cottage (where you will find a total of 2 apartments). There are among other things a garage and little garden. Within a short distance (approx. 500m) is the centre of this lovely tourist town with various shops, a romantic promenade "lungolago", bars, restaurants, disco's etc. In the surrounding are 2 campsites, where the swimming pool, and playground can be used and other facilities (price can be arranged at the place at the reception). Lovely surrounding, but even the rest of the area is interesting: Lugano within 16 km distance, Menaggio (along the closely situated Como Lake) within 11 km, Milan within 90 km.

The border with Zwitserland is within only 9 km. Tip: Here the petrol and tobacco is much cheaper than in Italy.

The final cleaning of the house is to be done by the customer, otherwise an amount of 50 euros will be charged.
