In the house: store for bicycles. Public parking 100 m. Shop, grocers 300 m, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant 300 m, bar, bus stop 100 m. The town centre of Menaggio is accessed via a footpath (500 m with some steps). Bus connections to Lugano and Como. Sunday arrivals and departures are not possible.

Sonengahas the ski resort of Como within reach for a days skiing.
