Perla del Lario - Description
Nice attached house (80 m2, ground floor, 1st floor and a lower level floor) in a tasteful and modern lake view estate.
The interiors are simple yet comfortable. The lake view terrace is ideal for relaxed summer dining, just as its cozy living room fireplace is perfect for snuggling in front of during cooler times. From the garage, with space for one car, there may be some huffing however we assure you the view is well worth it. It takes 52 uphill steps to get from the car to your door.
The property is winning hand lies in its gorgeous position and terrific location. Bellagio, the jewel of the lake, is within an easy 5 minute drive. Walk 200m to the quiet village of Limonta and catch a bus to Bellagio. Another 100m lead to a ferry stop from where you can use the public boats to explore the beautiful towns and villages, villas and gardens which line the lakeshore. Vassena, within a five minute drive, has two restaurants worth checking out though remember also the local Trattoria just a 7 minutes walk away for some local fare. Lecco is 35 minutes away. Como or Bergamo are within an hour, and due to traffic, allow two hours to get to either Milan or Malpensa Airport.
