Within 30m from the pebble beach of the most beautiful and purest part of the Como Lake, in Lierna, you will find this spacious and recently furnished apartment (on 3 levels, 310m2). The house (divided into 3 apartments) was totally renovated in February 2005. The lay out is qualitative and new. For the guests, among others,: 2 spacious balcony, 1 terrace garden and an enclosed parking area).

On request a place for your boat can be arranged, at the local harbour. The location is ideal even for the winter sport (the fashionable and exclusive St.Moritz is situated within 1hr drive) and visit Milan by train this way you can shop wonderfully in Milan without traffic and parking place: in the town there is a small and easy train station (info, prices and times on: www.trenitalia.com)
