Modern and comfortable apartment (56 m², with large semi-covered balcony) situated at 1 km of lake Lugano with a magnificent view. The apartment has a terrace (20 x 20 m², communal) and a swimming pool which is shared with 15 apartments. The apartment is part of a terrace shaped complex of 50 apartments in woody surroundings; 150 metres above the lake Lugano. This apartment is located on one of the higher levels of the terraced complex. The apartment has views on lake Lugano and the opposite town of Morcote.

You can visit the interesting cities of Lugano (30 min.), Como (60 min.) and Milan (60 min.) nearby. You will find a big supermarket in Portoceresio (at 3 km). There are several restaurant on the shores of lake Lugano (1 km). Porto Ceresio is a cosy, typical Italian village and its large parking is the start for a beautiful walking trip. There are various markets in the proximity, with a large market in Luino at a 30 minutes drive.
