At the edge of the village of Niedersfeld, only 9 km from popular Winterberg, you will find this complete 4-5 person holiday residence in a quiet apartment complex. The residence (75 m) has two bedrooms, a social living room with open kitchen and a bar, and from the living room you have access to a spacious balcony with garden furniture with a view of Lake Hillebach.

The hiking routes start at the end of the street, and within 300 metres you will find yourself in the forests and meadows for which the Sauerland is known. There is also plenty of choice in routes of various levels for mountain bikers. In addition, you can take a cooling dip in the swimming lake about 1 km away from the residence. In the winter you will find all imaginable winter sports facilities in Winterberg. In addition to various pistes, there is also an extensive network of Nordic tracks and you can enjoy the hospitality of one of the après-ski locales. In Niedersfeld itself there is also a small ski area where the owner of the apartment is an instructor and she will offer your children one day for free lessons.
